[Kirol here. So, this is what they call a blog. Har hardi har har. This is my first post, so hold on with me here. Today, I'll be talking about love.]
Love can be a wonderful thing.
Two people, two hearts, and two million problems.
It can turn fully grown people into heartless children.
It reduces people who could've been perfectly good friends to bickering fools. Speaking of which, there's one in my room right now.
Naturally, it takes two to tango. Poor guy, still loves her. She's growing up, changing. She's supposed to get more mature, but she just seems to wind him around her finger and wind him up. He's supposed to be a lover, not a slave.
Still, with a ring upon your finger, your strings can be pulled to save something that might not even be worthwhile. Marriage is an old concept, and I'm surprised it still represents such boundaries. A simple ring, an act that takes no more than ten minutes... A house can't be built upon such simple, invisible foundations.
Love is in the simple, everyday acts. Tying someone down with psychological walls based upon the fear of an invisible dude on the sky isn't going to work. A love based on trust and working towards the same goals is the only way it should be done.
I wish he'd just get rid of her, already.
Some people make it work, some people don't. Everyone these days is too busy looking for a good time, they can't see the right person who could be just there under their nose. The only person worth their time. A life is a long time to spend with someone, so it'd better be a love to last.
Love is a word made to represent certain feelings.
The feelings are what matter, and if all you feel is pain... let it die. Like putting an animal to sleep, it's better to let it die.
If 'surgery' helps, then do it. Sometimes, just waiting and seeing can solve the problem... but it makes you wonder, what causes the problem in the first place?
[And thus ends my thoughts for the night. I think that'll do, and I've digressed enough for one evening. I wish he'd just dump her and get it over with. Tear off the plaster and expose the new skin, the new time to be spent productively rather than having her leeching from him... Ah. I'm torn between waiting for a Canon EOS 1D and a 5D. The 5D is a bigger resolution, but it's getting outdated and is expected to be replaced any day now. The 1D is more professional, but am I ready for such an item? If the right offer is available, I'll see what I can do.]
